Rick & Georgie
We were recently married at St Columba's church Portree in October 2011 and shortly moved up to Skye permanently. We love the island and want to help other people enjoy it as much as we do!
Rick - originally from Australia - is currently the Food and Beverage Manager of Dulse & Brose at the Bosville Hotel in Portree, while Georgie is running Canowindra full time with the odd bit of freelance graphic design on the side.
We have both worked in hospitality for several years and have a passion for great service.
We believe the key to good service in hospitality is consistency, fresh produce, quality and above all, a warm welcome with a friendly smile.
